This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing of personal data carried out by TeaserMe Tecnologia LTDA (“TeaserMe”) in relation to Users who use the TeaserMe Platform, including the website www.teaserme.com, chat commerce and automation systems via WhatsApp Business API, and the other services offered.

1. What Data We Collect

TeaserMe collects only the personal data necessary to provide its Services, based on the purposes and legal bases described below:

TeaserMe does not collect or process personal data of Customers’ end users (consumers who interact with the chatbots and flows configured by the Customer), except those strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Platform. The Customer is the controller of such data and is responsible for LGPD compliance in relation to them.

2. With Whom We Share Data

TeaserMe may share Users’ personal data with third parties in the following situations:

• Technology partners and vendors necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, e-mail providers, analytics tools)
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API) — as required for the operation of the messaging channel
• Integration partners indicated or contracted by the Customer itself
• Public authorities, in compliance with legal obligations or court orders
• Auditors or legal advisors, in the context of corporate transactions (merger, acquisition), always with appropriate contractual protection

All third parties with whom TeaserMe shares data are contractually required to maintain adequate security levels and to process the data only for the authorized purposes.

3. How We Process Your Data

The personal data collected are used exclusively for the purposes described in this Policy. TeaserMe implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.

3.1 Storage

Data are stored on secure servers, which may be located in Brazil or abroad (subject to the adoption of appropriate contractual safeguards, in accordance with the LGPD). The retention period follows the purposes of processing and applicable legal obligations — for example, tax data are kept for a minimum of 5 years.

3.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The TeaserMe website (www.teaserme.com) uses cookies and similar technologies to improve browsing experience, analyze site performance, and personalize content. The User may configure their browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit some website features.

3.3 International Transfer

Personal data may be transferred to servers located outside Brazil due to the cloud computing services used by TeaserMe. In such cases, TeaserMe adopts the safeguards provided for in the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection.

The TeaserMe Platform may contain integrations with third-party systems (ERPs, payment gateways, event platforms, etc.). Those systems have their own privacy policies, for which TeaserMe is not responsible.

In accordance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the User has the following rights in relation to their personal data:

• Confirmation and access: confirm whether we process their data and obtain a copy of them
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
• Anonymization, blocking, or erasure: request anonymization, blocking, or erasure of data that are unnecessary or processed in non-compliance
• Portability: request the transfer of their data to another service provider
• Revocation of consent: withdraw consent granted for specific purposes
• Objection: contest processing based on legitimate interest
• Information about sharing: obtain information about with whom their data are shared

TeaserMe adopts technical and administrative information-security measures to protect Users’ personal data, including:

• Confidentiality agreements with employees and service providers

In the event of a security incident that may affect personal data, TeaserMe will notify the data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by the LGPD.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
